Companies Admired: Wealth Builders International - was the fastest growing organization in ProSTEP, Inc., this company was responsible for helping tens of 1,000's of people achieve above average results in their NetWork Marketing business. At their prime, this company was the largest lead generation vendor in the industry, generating in excess of 1,000,000 "confirmed opt-in" leads per month. After maxing out their compensation plan in three short months, they flew me down to their home office (at their expense) for five fun filled days. They gave us around the clock limo service, stocked with our choice of beverages and wined and dined us at the finest establishments in Destin. When was the last time you had a company fly you into their home office? They wanted to know what I was doing to build my business and how I was able to sustain the massive growth month after month. Secrets of Business Growth: Well, there's not really any "secrets" to growing your business. I suggest a "systems-based approach" for business building. When you put a system into place, you are then able to leverage your time and work more efficiently. Systems run the world, so why not let a system build your business? It makes sense, plain and simple. Personality is NOT duplicable, systems are; make your system the issue, not you! Without a system, you are spending 90% of your time doing what a system could do in an automated fashion. In other words, 90% of your time is being wasted by tire-kickers and people who are not truly interested in what you have to offer them. If you want to be successful in your business, the first thing you need to do is plug into a duplicable system. Once you have done this, you will notice that your time is now being invested into your business instead of wasted on tasks that could otherwise be automated. Did you know you can automate the cutting of your lawn? Seriously, hire a lawn care professional and pay them from the profits of your business. Fewer hours spent cutting your grass means more time you can devote to building your business which in turn produces higher profits. If a couple hours working your business does not produce a large enough financial return to compensate your lawn care professional then we seriously need to talk. Turn those two hours into a residual sale that yields thousands of dollars in returns over your lifetime!

Most Effective Prospecting Tools Recommended: The Internet and e-mail. People like knowing "who they are dealing with" when it comes to conducting a business transaction. Think about it, who would give their hard-earned money to a stranger? Business is all about relationships. That's all we do, we build business relationships with our vendors, prospects and customers. It is through these relationships they grow to know, respect and appreciate our advice. You have something they want, that's why you're called the Seller and they're called the Buyer. Once you have their trust, you can sell them time and time again while focusing your future efforts on generating more prospects. What better way for someone to get to know you than through the Internet. If you're not on FaceBook or MySpace, get with the program, put a face with your name and tell your story! If you don't think your prospects are googling you, you're wrong!

How Others In Your Profession Describe You: Supportive, enthusiastic and determined. Those who know me, respect my input on their marketing strategies because I walk the talk. I am a person who believes in business automation. When you automate your business, you essentially duplicate yourself and it's easier to expand on a massive scale not to mention it's also a faster approach to building your business. Diversify into something else that intrigues you, automate it too and keep going, the sky is the limit, live the life you want to live then sit back and admire your work of art. I pour my heart and soul into everything I do and I encourage you to do the same. If you aren't passionate about what you do then find something you can be passionate about.
